Operation Process: 1. Add hot water to the water injection hole and cover it tightly. 2. Place the coffee mixture in the glass. 3. Lift the water container, secure the alcohol lamp cover, and light the alcohol lamp. 4. As the water boils, it will automatically flow into the glass through the siphon, blending with the coffee powder. 5. Once the water in the saucer is completely transferred into the glass, the saucer will be raised, causing the alcohol lamp cap to automatically rebound and turn off. 6. As the water cools, the brewed coffee will automatically flow back to the water cooler through the siphon. 7. When the coffee has fully refluxed, turn the water injection hole plug slightly to allow airflow, then open the faucet to taste the coffee.

Principle of Brewing Coffee Pot: The steam pressure in the saucer, after the water has been boiled, pushes the boiling water from the saucer through a siphon to the glass, where it is mixed with the coffee powder for brewing. As the boiling water is poured into the glass, the appliance will be raised due to the weight reduction. As the appliance cools, the internal pressure drops, and the cup of brewed coffee is siphoned back into the appliance.
